We recognize that unexpected things occur.  It is important to note that our therapists have a schedule to adhere to ensure our clients receive their services on time.  Please understand that if you are late, we will not be able to extend our visits beyond your scheduled time.  If a therapist is late, your time will be made up the scheduled time during the same visit or a visit later.
